The Religious School Committee (RSC) consists of a group of dedicated members of our Temple community, most of whom have children in our school. The committee generates ideas and suggestions, serving as a sounding board for our religious school. Its tasks include educational philosophy, curriculum input, special programming and activities, and promoting school spirit through social and fundraising events.
If you are interested in joining the RSC, please contact us. The RSC welcomes all new members and ideas. Please refer to the Calendars section in the back of this handbook for specific RSC coffees and meeting dates. Babysitting is available for all Sunday meetings.
Kesher in Hebrew means “connection.” In order to help our new students transition into our program while facilitating stronger connections among families, the RSC’s Kesher program pairs new families with returning families. If you would like to participate in this program, please contact Elizabeth Foster at 404.873.1731.
Pizza Sales: The Religious School Committee sells pizza after school every Sunday to help support school activities.
Purim Carnival: Our annual carnival is a ton of fun! Help us by selling tickets, running a booth or handing out prizes.
